The Salmon Recovery Funding Board or "SuRF" Board (SRFB) awards projects that are ranked and prioritized by the local salmon recovery organizations, called lead entities. The West Sound Watersheds Council serves as the lead entity for our area.

The SRFB also awards funds designated for as the PugetSound Aquisition and Restoration (PSAR) Funds by the legislature.
